Terms of service

Effective 15 September 2026

1. Provider and scope

MediaLauncher is provided by Francesco Cifardi, operating under the name MediaLauncher, Friedrichstraße 155, 10117 Berlin, Germany. Contact: Francesco Cifardi, francesco@medialauncher.io. These terms describe use of our website and advertising workspace. Any separately agreed service or pilot contract takes precedence where its terms differ.

2. Your account and authority

Provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. Connect or upload advertising accounts and content only when you have permission from their owners. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to manage client accounts and share their data with the service and its disclosed providers.

3. Google Ads and publishing

MediaLauncher helps you import, review, analyze and prepare changes to Google Ads campaigns. Google authorization grants access within your account permissions. You must review campaign settings, targeting, creative, bids and budgets before publishing. Published changes can affect live campaigns and advertising spend. Charges for advertising remain governed by your agreement with Google; MediaLauncher is not Google and does not guarantee ad approval or campaign results.

4. AI assistance

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for checking proposed content and changes before using them. Relevant prompts and workspace data are processed by the AI providers described in our privacy policy. Do not submit information you lack authority to share. No particular commercial result is promised.

5. Acceptable use and content

Use the service lawfully and comply with applicable Google Ads policies. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another customer’s data without authorization, or upload unlawful or infringing content. You retain your rights in your content and authorize us to process it as needed to provide the requested features. MediaLauncher’s software and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Availability and fees

Some features are provided as part of an invite-only beta and may change or experience interruptions. Service availability also depends on Google and other providers. Any paid plan, billing period and cancellation conditions must be agreed separately before charges apply. These terms do not authorize us to charge you.

7. Ending use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by email. You may revoke Google authorization through your Google Account. Removing access does not undo changes already published to Google Ads. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security incident or a material breach, with notice where reasonably possible. Data retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

8. Responsibility and applicable law

Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Any additional commercial liability terms require separate review and agreement.

9. Changes and contact

We will communicate material changes to these terms and seek agreement where required. For service questions or to discuss these terms, email francesco@medialauncher.io.
